Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: We ship worldwide except to select remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be returned in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these champion-level steps:

1. Contact Our Team
   Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Get Authorization
   Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with shipping instructions.
3. Ship Your Item
   Pack the item securely in original packaging, include the RAN, and ship to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead. Contact us first to confirm availability.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene for our boxing community, these items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bandages (hygiene reasons)
• Boxing Gloves (all brands including Cleto Reyes, for hygiene and safety)
• Boxing Gear (mouthguards, protective equipment)
• Apparel that has been worn or washed
• Collaborations & Limited Edition Items (1963 vintage collections, Champion of Hope series)

Exceptions apply only if these items arrive defective or damaged. Contact us immediately in such cases.
