If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a returns and exchanges process as straightforward as a champion’s jab.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be returned in original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN, and ship it to our address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead. Exchanges follow the same process as returns—contact us first to confirm availability.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our boxing community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bandages (hygiene reasons)
- Boxing Gloves (including Cleto Reyes and other brands, for hygiene and safety)
- Boxing Gear (e.g., mouthguards, protective equipment)
- Apparel that has been worn or washed
- Collaborations & Limited Edition Items (e.g., 1963 vintage collections, Champion of Hope series)
Exceptions apply only if these items arrive defective or damaged. Contact us immediately in such cases.
